If you just want to get fit then the Falcon recognises this and has developed its own specific classes which allow Members and Non-Members to train and enjoy themselves, reaping great results and rewards.
Although the workouts can be high intensity, the training is designed in a way that it is all about self improvement, which means you can comfortably work at your own pace.
